Tyler Carpenter, M.B.A | Co-Founder, President & CEO
Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Tyler Carpenter grew up surrounded by world-class skiing and winter destinations, starting on the slopes at just three years old. As a former alpine ski racer with the Eldora Mountain Ski and Snowboard Club (EMSC), he developed a lifelong passion for the sport before shifting his focus solely to baseball. His dedication led him to a six-year collegiate baseball career competing at both the Division I and II levels.
Tyler holds an Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration, Organizational Leadership Focus from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois.
On top of the vast skiing & snowboarding industry knowledge, Tyler's expertise blends strategic financial expertise with strong leadership principles to drive the company's vision and growth.
When he's not working, Tyler can be found on the golf course or taking full advantage of every opportunity to ski that he gets.

Cole Carpenter | Co-Founder, Vice President & COO
A Boulder, Colorado native, Cole Carpenter was practically born on the slopes, starting his skiing journey at just one year old. Cole competed as a alpine ski racer in the same program as his brother and transitioned into coaching for Eldora Mountain Ski and Snowboard Club throughout college. His passion for the sport continues to fuel his adventurous spirit.
Cole graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Aviation Technology from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.
Cole brings a strategic mindset for the company's day-to-day operations, combining his marketing expertise with an analytical approach to business growth and efficiency.
Cole holds a private pilot's license, and takes every possible moment he gets to get his skis on the snow.
