Terms and Conditions
1. The quoted price is intended to be good until the quote expiration date, but is subject to change.
2. The quoted price reflects the number of guests provided. Any change in the expected number of guests may be subject to additional charges.
3. A minimum deposit of (25%) is required upon acceptance of a quote and is non-refundable. The full remaining balance must be paid at least (60) days before the scheduled trip's arrival date. Payment can be bade via (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Late payment may result in cancellation of the trip and/or additional charges.
4. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellations made (60) days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made between (45-59) days before a scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than (45) days before a scheduled trip are non-refundable.
5. Any requested changes to the itinerary after acceptance of and/or deposit payment received for a quote may be subject to additional charges. All changes are subject to approval and availability.
6. The customer shall pay any applicable sales, use, goods and services, consumption, excise, or other tax and duties that may be assessed.
7. Luxus Montes LLC highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
8. Luxus Montes LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, risks or losses that may occur throughout the requested trips. By accepting a quote, all guests participate at their own risks.
9. Luxus Montes LLC is not liable for trip disruptions due to unforseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyound our control.
10. Any quote acceptance pursuant to a quote shall be subejct to these Terms and Conditions contrained herein. These Conditions shall apply to the exclusion of all terms or conditions or conflicting terms or conditions which may be issued, provided or referred to by Customer, except insofar as any variation is expressly accepted in writing by an Authorized Luxus Montes Representative's written signature.
